Two of their supporters, Stefan Wray and Ricardo Dominguez, are important activist of electronic civil disobedience. Wray runs a web site on its theory and practice and Dominguez, as a member of the Critical Art Ensemble one of the co-authors of Electronic Civil Disobedience, works as an editor for The Thing, an independent Internet Service Provider which has emerged from an ‹art mailbox› in New York. Wray and Dominguez are also member of the group Electronic Disturbance Theater (EDT), which became known for their software FloodNet.
