Ute Hörner
b 1964; studied sculpture at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste (Academy of Visual Arts), Stuttgart; 1993-96 studied media art at the Kunsthochschule für Medien (College of Media Art), Cologne; since 1999, Professor of Art and Media at the Burg Giebichenstein – Hochschule für Kunst und Design (College of Art and Design), Halle; lives and works in Dusseldorf and Halle.

Mathias Antlfinger
*1960; studied Art Pedagogy and Mathematics in Stuttgart; 1991-96 studied Art at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf (Dusseldorf Art Academy); since 1997, member of the group «XObject Space-Labor für Kunst und Neue Medien» (X Object Space Lab for Art and New Media; lives and works in Düsseldorf.

Since 1991, the two artists have cooperated in the areas of video, CD-ROM, and interactive film.
