 Bernhard Leitner

born 1938 in Feldkirch (A); 1956–1963 studies in Architecture at the Technische Hochschule Vienna (A); 1963–1966 studies in Paris (F); 1968 moves from Vienna to New York (USA); 1969–1978 works on his project »Ton-Raum-Arbeit (Ton-Raum-Objekte)«; 1982–1986 stay in Berlin (D); since 1987 Professor at the Universität für Angewandte Kunst Vienna.
His works explore self-perception through architectonic, geometric aspects of space reconfigured by sound.
