A monitor hung on wires in the room takes on an unexpected weight in this situation. Its centering in the room underscores the room in the function of the electronic box, while also suggesting an energetic situation that can be kept in line only under great tension. This might suggest a critical reception relating to television's medialization of our inner spaces, but can also suggest more meditative, flowing images and impressions, combined with equally fleeting tones and noises, an energy also positive in promoting the contemplative centering of the viewer. The video is cut as a loop, but sufficient attention reveals shifts and differences.
