Linking up installation, videotape and performance, Klaus vom Bruch edited ‘The Propeller Tape’ in the Künstlerhaus, Stuttgart, in 1979. His face was videotaped during a live performance and inserted into the recurrent documentary footage of soldiers. The duration of the action was 45 minutes, the runtime of the videotape is 30 minutes.
