«Truisms»

Jenny Holzer has published in the Internet a listing of her «truisms,» which users can actively change and return in a list entitled «submissions». So her best-known saying, «ABUSE OF POWER COMES AS NO SURPRISE,» can be changed in a number of ways. This leads to creating an alphabetically-ordered list of all the changed sayings which recognizes the full scope of individual or cultural variations performed on such truisms. [...] In a third phase, per mouse click, users can decide whether the conviction is accurate or not. This static result is then recorded as well. The truth-percent of the truism «ABUSE OF POWER COMES AS NO SURPRISE» received an extremely high rating (the second highest of them all).
