b 1955 in Tivoli (I); 1974-78 studied philosophy at the La Sapienzia University, Rome (I); 1978-83 studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti, Rome (I); 1984-89 studied visual communication ar the Hochschule der Künste, Berlin (master-class student); 1993-94 taught at the Institut für Neue Medien, Frankfurt/M.; 1994 taught at the Hochschule für Gestaltung, Offenbach; from 1995 professor of computer graphics at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst, Leipzig; lives and works in Leipzig.
