b 1963 (D); studied architecture and media art at HfG Karlsruhe (D); since 1993 freelance media artist at ZKM Karlsruhe, Ballett Frankfurt, Goethe Institute and the National Gallery of Canada (CD-ROM/DVD production, installation design and programming); since 2000 artist residencies at ZKM Karlsruhe; 2000–2003 interactive performance production residencies and workshops at ASU Phoenix (USA); 1999–2003 multimedia and interactive dance technology workshops for Goethe Institute Germany in Ukraine, Singapore, Japan; 1997–98 visiting assitant professor at UMBC Baltimore (USA); 2001 guest professor at IMG / FH Mainz (D).
