«Concrete TV Paris»

A functioning TV set has been embedded in concrete. One tiny hole reveals a glimpse of the screen. From 1969, Vostell recurrently worked with concrete (the realization shown is from 1981) – as in his 'Ruhender Verkehr' ('Standing Traffic') action, in which he embedded an entire car in concrete and then put it back on the road.
