The invitation to the exhibition at the Smolin Gallery, New York, 1963 asks visitors to reserve a piece for their participation in the ‘Décollage’ that will open the show.
At the opening of the show, visitors were handed ampoules containing solvents enabling them to smear the covers of «Life» magazine in the course of the «Décollage.»
