Interactive skewered vinyl with four rotating stacks of records and a free-floating pickup arm that allows visitors to switch from record to record, or from groove to groove. Against the rules of traditionally linear music with beginning, duration and end, Paik explored the idea of random musical access, now part of modern pop culture in the form of sampled and scratched techno sounds.
